Crude Oil Transloading Facility

360 Rail Services staff have performed rail planning, surveying, rail infrastructure design, and
construction for the Casper Crude to Rail unloading facility in Casper, WY. 360’s staff was able to successfully work around a sensitive wetland environment in order to design and construct a track that allowed up to three unit trains to occupy the facility at one time. This project included the construction of manifest tracks, multiple loop tracks, a bad order track, and 5 at-grade crossings.
