360 Rail Services is a railroad consulting and construction firm providing Engineering, Maintenance, Construction, and Operations to various clients across the US. We serve a variety of industries including but not limited to Energy, Agriculture, Aggregate, and Transit.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Prepare project documents

o    Conceptual exhibits

o    Plan sets for railroad submittals

o    Plan sets for construction

o    Project-specific details

o    Bid Package Specifications

o    Quantity takeoff sheets and estimates

o    Traffic control plans

o    Project Schedules

  • Design Tasks

o    Create horizontal and vertical alignments

o    Create track templates

o    Create corridor models

  • Coordination

o    Consult with project-specific agencies and municipalities

o    Research railroad specifications

o    Consult with utility companies

o    Collaborate with other disciplines

  • Assist Construction department with construction plan sets, details and quantities
  • Organize and maintain track detail files and cells.

Job Qualifications:

Preferred

  •          Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering with EIT
  •          Construction Knowledge and Background
  •          Proficient in the use of Bentley products

o   Bentley RailTrack

o   PowerRail/OpenRail Designer

o   ProjectWise

  • Corridor modeling experience

 

Required

  •          Proficient in the use of Excel, Word, Outlook, and Adobe
  •          Proficient in the use of CAD software (AutoCAD or Microstation)
  •          Occasional travel
  •          Excellent Communication Skills
  •          Ability to perform multiple tasks within established schedules
  •          Ability to work in a team environment

 

 

Salary:   Depends on Experience
