Mr. Nelson is also responsible for providing continuous oversight of multiple track maintenance projects to meet customer demands on budget and on schedule. Mr. Nelson’s prior experience also consists of the oversight of over 600 miles expanding over 3 states, 120 Track and Structure employees, and the oversight of capital programs of over $10 million annually. Mr. Nelson has been with 360 Rail Services for 3 months and has provided effective and efficient management processes, overseeing multiple Maintenance Projects.
