360 Rail Services staff have performed rail planning, surveying, and infrastructure design and construction for the 4,100-acre rail industrial park. The industrial park is unique because it provides fuel service to its tenants from both BNSF and UPRR Railroads.

360 Rail Services helped coordinate with multiple agencies, including the Wyoming Department of Transportation, the City of Cheyenne, Union Pacific Railroad, BNSF Railway, and the Army Corps of Engineers. Coordination throughout the project ensured uninterrupted rail service with multiple tenants and serving railroads during the design and construction process.
